Late afternoon — Pickup in Marrakech
Your private driver meets you at a confirmed hotel or accessible riad meeting point. Travel towards Agafay, with pickup timing adapted to the reserved venue and winter sunset.
Sunset — Arrive at the camp
Settle in and enjoy the views if the weather permits. An optional welcome drink, sunset seating or photographic stop is dependent on the selected package.
Evening — Dinner and New Year programme
Enjoy the dinner and entertainment specified by the provider. The restaurant may apply a fixed New Year menu, drinks rules or minimum spend; these terms are confirmed before you pay.
After midnight — Return or stay
Your private return trip can be scheduled after the agreed event finish, or you may request an overnight stay at a camp if suitable accommodation is available.
What to know before booking
December evenings can be very cold in open desert venues. Wear warm layers and closed shoes. Confirm the exact pickup location, return time, dinner inclusions, children’s policy, cancellation terms and whether the event operates outdoors in poor weather.
If travelling on New Year’s Eve, book early and allow time for availability checks, deposit requirements and return-travel planning. Transfers, special dinners, guiding, camel rides and overnight accommodation are included only if itemised in your final offer.
