For an airport pickup, please provide the correct flight number, your contact phone and the exact destination. For medina properties, check which street or gate can be used by a vehicle. We confirm the meeting instructions in your quotation.
Helpful travel advice
For families, provide the ages of children so the necessary restraints can be requested. Mention large suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs or bulky equipment. A vehicle listed as seven seats may not necessarily accommodate seven passengers with seven large cases.
Road times are indicative rather than guaranteed, particularly for airports, mountain routes and busy urban centres. During holidays or adverse weather conditions, allow extra time. Child seats, accessible vehicles and oversized luggage should always be requested in advance.
