Pickup and arrival arrangements
Tell us your hotel name, number of suitcases, trekking equipment and whether you require return transport several days later. For mountain walks, your local hiking guide and porter service are separate from the driver unless confirmed in the written quotation.
For an airport pickup, please provide the correct flight number, your contact phone and the exact destination. For medina properties, check which street or gate can be used by a vehicle. We confirm the meeting instructions in your quotation.
Helpful travel advice
Seasonal snow, rain and landslides can affect road access. Use a suitably early pickup if you have a fixed trek meeting time, and carry the operator’s contact details.
Road times are indicative rather than guaranteed, particularly for airports, mountain routes and busy urban centres. During holidays or adverse weather conditions, allow extra time. Child seats, accessible vehicles and oversized luggage should always be requested in advance.
