Ask for a quote that identifies the vehicle category, tolls, luggage allowance, one-way or return route and waiting policy. If you want to stop at a landmark en route, request sightseeing instead of assuming it is included in a straightforward transfer.
Road times are indicative rather than guaranteed, particularly for airports, mountain routes and busy urban centres. During holidays or adverse weather conditions, allow extra time. Child seats, accessible vehicles and oversized luggage should always be requested in advance.
