Late afternoon — Pickup in Marrakech

What time does the private transfer leave Marrakech?
Pickup depends on your hotel, the selected dinner venue and the event schedule. We confirm the exact meeting point and time when your arrangement is accepted.
Which Agafay camp hosts the dinner?
The website describes a private dinner experience, not a fixed booked venue. The name, location and confirmed programme of the selected camp or restaurant will be stated in your quotation.
Are gala dinner, drinks and live music included?
Only if each service is explicitly listed. Set menus, performers, beverages and premium seating may have separate supplements for 31 December.
Can you arrange vegetarian or allergy-aware meals?
Tell us about all dietary requirements before choosing a venue. The provider must confirm menu options and allergen-handling limitations; suitability is not guaranteed without that confirmation.
Will there be heated or indoor seating?
It depends on the venue. Agafay evenings can be cold or windy, so request clearly described heated or sheltered seating if you need it.
Does the driver bring us back after midnight?
A late-night return can be arranged, but it must be written into your booking. Agree on the pickup point, finishing time, waiting conditions and any supplement in advance.
Can we stay at the camp overnight?

Will there definitely be fireworks?

What happens when bad winter weather affects the itinerary?
